it is addiction even with on cigret you still get hooked plus your lungs fill up with plage and it also makes it hard for you to breath

Nicotine affects the pleasure centers of the brain, making it addictive.

People have to increase their nicotine use over time to receive the same effects.  

Stopping use leads to a tired feeling.
