Kinetic energy, KE = 0.5 mv^2 Where m is the mass V is the velcocity  
First calculate the kinetic energy of the bullet  
Ke = 0.5(0.008 kg) ( 370 m/s)^2
Ke = 547.6 J  

547.6 J = 0.5( 74 kg) v^2
V = 3.85 m/s
