50:1 scale drawing -> Both sides of the garden is shrinked by 50 times.

We can calculate the area of the shrinked scale drawing : 12 x 10.5 = 126 (cm2)

Since both sides are shrinked by 50 times -> The real area get shrinked by 2500 times.

So, we can find the real area : 126 x 2500 = 315000 (cm2)
