There are 60 minutes in an hour, 120 minutes in two hours
38*120=4560cm
The turtle would crawl 4560cm in 2 hours
1km=1000m
1m=1000cm
4560cm=4.560m
4.560m=0.004560km

The turtle would crawl 0.004560 km in 2 hours.

Hope this helps!
