Divide both sides by -
1/3
.
[tex](- \frac{1}{3}k)/- \frac{1}{3}=9/- \frac{1}{3}[/tex]
[tex]k=9/1*- \frac{3}{1}[/tex]
The Answer Is:
[tex]k=-\frac{27}{1}[/tex]
or...
[tex]k=-27[/tex]
