This is asking what YOU think, but here goes...

I think it's true. I believe without trying hard enough and without struggling, you won't progress. Take playing an instrument for example. If you play the same old scaled that you know and are good at over and over, you won't progress. If you challenge yourself and struggle to get better, you will improve greatly.
