the area equation is [tex]A=\frac{a+b}{2} *h[/tex]
the trapezoid is actually on its side
so a=10.2
b=12.2
h=12.6
[tex]A=\frac{10.2+12.2}{2} *12.6\\ =\frac{22.4}{2} *12.6\\ =11.2*12.6\\ =141.12\\[/tex]
