The answer to 25/4 is 6.25. It is 6.25 because when you have 25/5, it is telling you to divide 25 by 5.
25 / 4 = 6.25 
if you were to divide it by 5 you would get a whole number of five but 25 is and odd number so it is going to come out as a decimal which is 6.25
